Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Proposa browser extension (the "Service") operated by DIAITI ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. License and Usage

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the extension for your personal, non-commercial purposes (freelancing activities are considered personal use under this license).

1.1. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension.
  • Use the extension to generate spam or malicious content.
  • Share your paid license key with others.
  • Violate the Terms of Service of Upwork or any other platform while using our tool.

2. Subscriptions and Refunds

2.1. Billing

Proposa offers subscription plans (Monthly and Yearly). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

2.2. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase by contacting support@diaiti.com. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

3. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) Model

You acknowledge that:

  • Proposa requires your own API keys from third-party providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.) to function.
  • You are responsible for any costs associated with the usage of these third-party API keys.
  • Proposa is not responsible for any downtime, errors, or policy changes from these third-party AI providers.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DIAITI. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.

No Guarantee of Results: While Proposa is designed to help improve your proposals, we do not guarantee that using the Service will result in you being hired for any job or project.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DIAITI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
